His experience includes real estate asset management, construction planning and oversight, acquisitions, seller financing/capital formation, deal structuring, syndication, investor relations, and team management. Gerlach Capital Group, LLC is his latest company with a focus on triple net commercial investments, management, and net-zero improvements.
